|Youth Group meets every third Sunday from 4–5 pm.|
St. Paul’s Youth Ministry exists to encourage spiritual growth through praising God, strengthening our beliefs, discovering our gifts, caring for each other, and reaching out into our community.
During our first youth night of the season, we enjoyed pizza while discussing ideas for future events, including game nights and cooking meals. The youth also submitted excellent questions and topics for discussion nights. We are excited to build this program!
Our youth program while separate from the Journey to Adulthood (J2A) ministry shares the same young people. Both ministries help our youth grow in their faith while one has more focus on fun and fellowship and the other in gaining knowledge to further their understanding of God’s call. They are both important to the life of our youth ministries.
The youth class is a confirmation class led by Matt Knonenborg. This class is centered around My Faith My Life: A Teen’s Guide to the Episcopal Church by Jenifer Gamber. Confirmands explore the history, doctrine, and structure that make the Episcopal tradition unique. Confirmation Day will be announced soon.
If you are interested on knowing more about our Youth Ministry program please call Matt Knonenborg, Director of Christian Education, at the church office at 812-422-9009 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
